• Take the lead prioritizing issues of varying severity and manage their resolution
• Uncover core needs of our clients through direct engagement, support, troubleshooting
• Get creative using different platforms like SSH, WebEx, mobile, and email

Ideal candidates have:
• 1 - 5 years of support-related experience
• Passion for people and customer service
• Solid experience with Linux and UNIX Command line, Windows Server, Lotus Domino, Apple OS/X, Android/iOS
• Strong communication, typing and, multitasking skills
